I`m about to rant some more on the greening of the
world and global warming, and then suggest another
solution, an alternative to pollution and greenhouse
gases.
If you`ve read any of my previous articles, you know
that I am an advocate of cleaner, greener power that
will lower the user`s carbon footprint and help to stop
global warming.
Among those articles is one titled “Fuel and Other
Energy Prices will Soar Again”, wherein I state my
reasoning as to why we are only in a lull as far as gas
prices are concerned. I truly believe that within a year
we will be staggering under higher prices than we`ve
ever seen, and today will be thought of as one of the
“good ol` days”, when gasoline was cheap.
I have been actively seeking a real way to lower my
gasoline expenditures for years, and I recently found it.
I bought a system that promised me a 50% increase
in fuel mileage, bought the parts cheaply at my local
auto parts store, installed it in 45 minutes by myself,
[it was easy] and took a trip to visit relatives about
three hundred miles away. Over the next 4 days I put
almost 700 miles on my car, which used to get 18
miles per gallon. When I returned home from the trip
I discovered, to my delight, that I had burned only 29.2
gallons of gas!
Not only did this product increase my mileage by
[almost] 50%, but my engine ran cooler, cleaner, and
actually had more power.
The website says that my engine will last much longer
and the only by-product of converting water to hydrogen
gas is water. So, let`s see here:
1. I save tons of money on gasoline.
2. I drastically lower my carbon footprint.
3. I save money on future repairs.
4. It just plain makes me happy to cut down my output
of greenhouse gases.

Millions have lost their jobs in the U.S. and all around the
world, mostly because of corporate greed and life styles that
have been unrestrained and out of control for decades.
Americans wrote the book on excess as long ago as the post-
world war II era, and we have carried the rest of the world, [quite
willingly] down the rabbit-hole of the “me” philosophy.
We have gone through recession before, always knowing that
the end would come in months or, at the most, a year or two,
but that was then, and this is now, and now is a bad time,
indeed for the economic outlook of the entire world.
The entire industrialized world has based its economy on
consumerism for so long that we have “eaten” a great deal of
the planet! We have consumed for the sake of consumption
and the economy has always been robust because of it.
Watch a few hours of television and you will see dozens of
ads. Take stock of the content of those ads and you will
realize that the vast majority are selling totally unnecessary
things, things not needed, but WANTED, and therein is the
catalyst for the economy of the world.
Soon the majority of us will wake up to the fact that we can
no longer afford these extravagances, as the poorest segments
of the population have always known. This realization will spell
the end of consumerism as we know it, and many millions more
will be unemployed.
Fewer jobs will equate to fewer tax dollars, which will equate
to fewer government projects, meaning fewer jobs, and the
economy spirals downward to heaven knows what level.
There are many things we can do to reduce our dependence
on government, the economy, and corporations that employ so
many of us, but the most immediate, [and easiest] thing should
be energy independence.
Power plants are responsible for a very high percentage of the
air pollution in the world, which causes global warming, the most
challenging crisis facing the planet today.

to me. It`s the color of his politics that are of concern,
meaning, “is he green?”
The gap between whites and blacks, hispanics, and other
minorities grows ever smaller in this country and a black
or hispanic president, and eventually a female president,
was inevitable. Fifty years ago it was an impossibility for a
CATHOLIC to be elected to the highest office!
Mr. Obama has already stated in his speeches that part
of his economic stimulus plan would include big renewable
energy projects and that is encouraging.
After eight years of an administration that was thoroughly
in bed with the oil industry and two centuries of plundering
the planet in the name of the industrial revolution, it is time
to reassess our goals and the future of our planet.
We have burned collossal amounts of non-renewable,
highly polluting fossil fuels in the past two hundred years,
and that energy has given us a dream lifestyle filled with
conveniences and gadgets, toys and transportation that
would have been pure science fiction when Fulton invented
the steam engine and started it all. Unfortunately, we are
now paying a huge price for all these conveniences in the
form of air, soil, and water pollution, as well as global
warming, which, if allowed to continue unchecked, will soon
make our planet a terrestrial hell.
Fossil fuels are the culprit, so what to do about our depend-
ence on them should be foremost in our minds.
Not if, but when the ice caps melt, sea levels will rise at
least thirty feet, inundating almost every coastal city and
town on earth. There is great concern that the influx of all
that fresh water will stop the flow of the gulf stream and
bring on the next ice age.
Are we going to give up all the modern conveniences made
possible by the burning of fossil fuels? Of course not! But
there are things that everyone can do to reduce the size of
their carbon footprint, cheaply, as well as save many thou-
sands of dollars in energy costs!

Is your ex is showing you a little bit of interest, or seem more interested in going out and spending time with you than before? Do you you notice signs that your ex is trying to flirt with you, or otherwise get your attention? . Are you asking yourself “does my ex want to get back with me”?
Maybe it’s time to get that old fire burning again!
If your ex is sending signals, and you are receptive to them, it could be time to go for it.
There’s a good chance your ex is responding to your hard-to-get routine, but now is not the time to get rambunctious and jump into the fire, for she could very well think you are over reacting to an innocent display of friendship. If you push things too hard and fast, the other person may react with confusion or mistrust, since serious love affairs are based on emotional ties, and emotions are tricky things.
Whenever two people who love each other break up, the natural thing for both parties involved is to want to get back together . This is especially true following a relationship of a year or longer, for the longer you were together, the more memories you share, and memories are powerful motivators.
Another powerful emotion is that of regret, and your ex is usually wondering if YOU really want to get back together, as well.
You must be aware, however, that sometimes he/she really is over you and is just trying to get your attention because there are no other hot prospects on the scene. You must be sure that you are not being misled by your intense desire to re-kindle the relationship, and that the other person is genuinely interested in doing that, otherwise, you are setting yourself up for a big letdown. If you make yourself vulnerable at this time by professing your undying love, you may be playing into a game called REVENGE!
This is common, and a lot of people find themselves wondering “does my ex really want to get back with me?”, when, in actuality, the answer could be not to your liking, so play it cool for awhile, all the time showing interest and affection, but do not commit yourself too early.

Are you one of the millions of men who are wondering: “What can I do to get my ex girlfriend back” following a breakup?
Most begin to worry and fret about everything that could have been done differently. They even begin to compose apology letters in their heads and strategize about the perfect gift or perfect speech that will help them to rekindle the flame.
But how is a guy to know what to do, when most of the time the real reasons for the breakup are hazy and unclear? Women have different emotional triggers than men, and often don’t understand, themselves, what brought on the outburst of discontent that led to the ending of the relationship.
So, unless you did something really rotten to her, and know exactly the root of the problem to begin with, you have about as much chance of discovering what caused the rift as you have of winning the lottery.
You need a strategy!
In order to answer the question “what can I do to get my ex girlfriend back” You have to distance yourself from the relationship for a while, and redirect your energy toward something positive and fun. Go out, make friends, have fun, network, and pretend you never knew her for awhile.

If you spend all your time worrying about who she is with and what she is doing, I guarantee things will overwhelm you and you will do something stupid that will end the relationship for good.

You will gradually come to appreciate the differences in the way you two approach life and love, and in how you perceive the subject of relationships. After a short time apart, you may have a much better idea of how you want to proceed with your ex.
Is this relationship worth saving, and how will that be possible? The next thing to do is to reconnect to your own feelings about her and decide whether or not you really want to get back together .
This is not the time to fall to your knees and beg for forgiveness, however. There are too many emotional issues to be sorted out between you two to appear weak or maudlin now. But the strong, silent type usually only gets the girl in the movies, so you must be ready to express your feelings in a calm, rational way at the first opportunity.
You can only take playing things cool with your ex so far.
If you have spent enough time apart from her, she is probably missing you as badly as you are missing her, and it may be time to up the ante by making the first move. Women absolutely adore a man who can show sensitivity and admit they have been wrong [even if the man doesn’t agree that he WAS wrong], and a well-thought-out mea culpa may be just the thing to re-ignite the spark.
And if getting back together with your ex really is meant to be, the bond between you should now become apparent.
Be careful not to over-think things. Remember, relationships are a matter of emotions, not cold,
hard analysis. If you play it cool, but are ready to communicate when she is, you should be fine.

Only 3% of aspiring internet marketers ever make money online,
and only a small percentage of that 3% get to give up their day-.job
We just don’t realize, when we start out trying to drive traffic to
affiliate offers, the depth and breadth of the knowledge needed to
successfully make a full time living sitting in front of our PC’s in
our underwear, [at least, that’s the image the people who sell
‘systems” try to convey], so we go shopping for the right e-book
or video series that will teach us all the ins-and-outs in a few hours,
not aware that most of which are recycled stuff that has been
around for years, and contain information that can be gleaned from
the web for free.
The so-called “gurus” who sell this stuff know that the information
is incomplete, and sometimes worthless, and they know that even
if we study hard and implement the knowledge we’ve bought, [which
the vast majority WON’T do] we’ll be back for more, because there
are a million more things to learn, so they always have a “new”
course of study waiting for us and our credit cards.
So it is no accident that the Make Money Online or Home
Business niche is the biggest, most competitive category of info
products. The ones who sell the information keep us in the dark
so that we are always a prime, easy target for more sales.
There are, of course, really good, comprehensive systems for sale
online that WILL teach us what we need to know, and some of these
products have been around for a long time and have sold many
thousands of copies to people who later became successful. The
real trick we need to master is picking the right product to learn
from, so that we are not continuously going “back to the well” for
more of the knowledge we are lacking. The problem with that being,
the “gurus” want us to believe that the book or video series they are
selling RIGHT NOW is the one we need, and are very good, indeed,
at convincing us of it.
So, in order to avoid making additional purchases of info products
for every aspect of marketing, we need to select just ONE that will
get our business up and running and profiting.
No marketing system is the end-all, be-all of marketing systems,
but a few are at least complete enough to guide us to making a
profit, and it is SO much easier to justify spending more on info-
products to fine tune your skills if you are already making money
and don’t have to raid your savings account.

Have you started to worry about losing weight? Our

Does internet marketing seem like a deep, dark mystery
to you? Are you like a starving refugee, gazing into a window,
where rich people are eating a perpetual Thanksgiving dinner?
You know that the money is out there, lying around in piles,
and some people are allowed to load their pockets each day,
while the majority can only watch and wait….and wait….
Well, I, for one, and thousands of others, have decided to
join the feast, and if the door is locked, we’ll kick it down! By
“we”, I mean the thousands of Wealthy Affiliate University
members, who together represent a formidable force of
unstoppable momentum, barging into the celebration without

You see, all the self-proclaimed “gurus” tell you that making
money online is “easy” as long as you buy their sure-fire
systems. The only problem with that is, 95% of the marketing
strategies you buy from strangers are either out-dated,
incomplete, or just plain garbage, and most tell you that in
order for you to make the best money online, you need this or
that tool or software that is not included in the package you just
bought, but, “hey, no problem, here’s my affiliate link to that
marvelous product”, and bam! they’ve got you again!
The biggest strategy in online marketing is the upsell, where
most marketers make more money than the original sale, and
the list, where all marketers will continue to bombard you with
offers for as long as you are on it. Don’t blame them, it’s the
way things work. Instead of getting mad, get even.
Learn to be the offerER instead of the offerEE.
I spent thousands of dollars online buying the “next big thing”
only to find that none of them ever worked for me, because,
you see, internet marketing IS NOT EASY! There is a learning
process that is the equivalent to a couple of years of college
[at least] and the “gurus” don’t want you to graduate!
When you get to the level of knowledge that they are at, you
cease being a customer and become the competition, so why
would they actually help you along the way?
My eyes were finally opened by Wealthy Affiliate University,
and now I see the big picture.

I “played” at trying to make money selling online for years
before finally deciding to get serious about making money on
the web.
It was more a hobby than a serious pursuit, because deep
down inside, I didn’t really believe it could work for me.
Suddenly, the economy landed on my shoulders like a ton
of bricks, and I had to scramble to make money during the
recession as if my very life depended on it, so I dusted off
some of those expensive “get rich on the internet” courses
I had paid for and never implemented, but soon found that the
information contained there was either out of date, incomplete,
or just plain wrong. But then an email arrived.
The email that changed my online life was from Kyle & Carson,
the founders of Wealthy Affiliate University, reminding me that
their membership fees were due to increase on June 7, and
something in that letter inspired me to take the plunge and join.
I logged in for the first time and was greeted by an avalanche
of information, and some reassuring notes that told me,
“If you stick to the plan you WILL make money quickly”.
Being as how I was desperate, I took them up on that challenge.
Here are just a few of the things I found at the Wealthy Affiliate
University website:
>Free hosting.
>Free autoresponder.
>Free website builder with how-to tutorials.
>A forum with thousands of like-minded people who helped me.
>Step-by-step action plan to start earning quickly.
>Lessons via video and text for every aspect of marketing.

And much, much more, to name all the resources would take
a book, not an article.
On the negative side, I found the steps and lessons, which
everyone is required to complete, a bit TOO thorough, in that I
have some experience as a marketer and the first baby-steps
toward an online income were redundant for me. Also, the sheer
volume of information I was presented with was daunting, to say
the least, but after a short while I had excelled by leaps and
bounds and had a website up and running, lead capture pages,
autoresponder set up, and was marketing [and making sales] via
the free advertising resources provided.
In a nutshell, Wealthy Affiliate University is all anyone needs to
become an internet marketer.
If you are tired of “playing” at marketing, I strongly suggest that
you stop buying those expensive e-books and get serious about
really making money online.

Ever wonder why, when you finally hear about a hot, new product that is flying off the virtual shelves, it’s already being promoted by
the big-name guru’s?
If you are like me, you’ve bought into these “sure fire money-makers” only to find the market thoroughly saturated, with “Big Dawg”
marketers raking in all the gravy and leaving the rest of us to lick the bowl.
But the truth is, if you can manage to get in at the outset of a product launch by a well-known marketer, the gravy, and the profits,
can be yours, as well.

products before everyone else even knows of their existence.

So you`ve tried affiliate marketing, driven thousands of hits to
someone else`s sites, built their lists for them, and just haven`t
seen the money. Well, I`m sorry to break this to you, but as long
as you promote another`s product without your own website,
that is pretty much what you can expect.
You need a squeeze page to build your own list, your own
domains, websites, and products to make money in affiliate
marketing.
It takes a massive effort to build a list, brand yourself, and
develop your own products, but to succeed as an affiliate for clickbank
products, it is absolutely neccessary. What to do?
There is a way to by-pass all that drudgery and make a really
impressive income while you are at it: CPA marketing.
CPA stands for cost-per-action, or cost-per-acquisition, meaning
you can be paid for a prospect`s taking a free trial, completing a
short survey, filling in his or her email address, or even their zip
code!
The payment ranges from $1 for a zip code to $55 or more for a
trial of a product, and you do nothing but present the offer to the
prospect, sending them to the website just as in affiliate marketing.
The only difference being, it`s just a whole lot easier to convert a
CPA offer than to sell a product.
I personally am an affiliate for the #1 health product company on
the web, and am happily making a very good income giving stuff
away.
Free trials of products that will make the recipient more healthy
or physically attractive are no challenge at all to convert.
Just tell them you are going to advertise via search marketing,
meaning pay-per-click, and they will welcome you into the fold.
